Wishing you...

Best wishes to all my readers of Indian Origin on their 60th Independence day...
This is to remind you that we are one...
irrespective of the colour of our flags, the difference in the way we dress, the variety of the way we speak or the mode of culture we inherited.

Let us stand together for peace and prosperity for all.

Jac, I would like to add my "Happy Independance day" to all of India!

Jac, for some reason I couldn`t leave a comment after the gray stork post. I will never understand how anyone could want to shoot birds. I remember the day years ago when I told some neighbor boys to take their slingshots home and to quit shooting at birds. I`m sure they probably just went to the next road where I couldn`t see them, but at least they never did it again on my road. Glad I was well liked by the neighborhood kids, so they gave me no trouble and did as I asked.
